I am the mother of two boys (ages 11 and 9). We started homeschooling a year ago this coming Arpil due to issues in school. My kids really need to meet others in their age group. We live in the Montpelier area.

I am father of four daughters ages 11 to 31. I have a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Chicago and over 35 years of college and elementary school teaching experience, including 15 years at St Joseph College. Human Development was one of many courses I taught. I have owned the Tempest Book Shop in Waitsfield,Vermont. My interests include music, film, animal behavior, art, forestry, carpentry, and baking. My name is Mitchell Hunt and live in Craftsbury, Vermont. I am looking to start a cottage school here on my propertyhe. I was the farm manager/professor of sustainable agriculture at Sterling College. I currently milk my own family cow, have layers, ducks, and fairly good sized gardens. Curriculum would be based around agriculture and interdependance.
