Our family home schools 3 students - I Jr. Hi, 2 High school. We've tried to follow a classical approach, and have benefited greatly from the help of Doug Favelo, whose name is listed on this web site. He's a wonderful teacher (we've studied Latin, Greek, and Medieval Literature with him). We're always interested in pursuing ideas for challenging ourselves and our students to grow in wisdom and knowledge... and would love to dialogue with others who are interested in growing as a community of believers with a Biblical worldview.

new to homeschool my 3rd grade daughter. Would like to trade off subjects to keep it interesting for her. I can help in most all subjects, math and art are favorites.

Recently moved to Elderwood. Homeschooling my 4 children since the beginning. Usually involved in FYI for activites etc in the Visalia/tulare county area. Trying to find out about where my resources are in this new area. I have 3 boys and 1 girl from 4 1/2 yrs old to 11 yrs old.

I have a passion for training children in the classics, and for educating people on the value of a classical Christian education.

All classes are Christ-focused, with the subject in particular being a vehicle for knowing our Lord better. As to my qualifications, I have taught in Classics for 4 years at California State University, Fresno.
