I am looking for a credentialed teacher or tutor to help homeschool by daughter. She is in 7th grade but does have some accelerated 8th and 9th grade subjects. We are looking for someone who can spend a few hours a day with her to teach the lessons, assign her school work, grade the work and keep track of it. We would like someone with experience in a christian curriculum. The subjects she is currently taking are English, Literature, Math (pre-algebra and geometry), Science, History, and Bible.

I homeschool my fourteen and twelve year old children. I also tutor other children, sometimes over the telephone. I am looking into forming a cottage school.

I am a credentialed English high school teacher, with a minor in TESL. I speak fluent Spanish and I don't have any kids of my own, but will soon! :) And with all the new laws being passed about homeschooling, I am looking into starting my own private tutoring program directed towards homeschoolers and helping them out with these new regulations. Right now I am just looking into things, but if possible I would like to start taking students this next academic year

I have been a Tutor/Mentor in my Lancaster Area home since February 2003.
Previously I taught in three private schools. I specialize in ADD and HDHD students, and worked
with several Alternative Ed programs. Currently I am tutoring 8:30 am to 2:40 pm M-T-W-Th. I keep records as to the students progress, prepare quarterly progress reports, as well as Final Yearly grades to send to Homeschool Programs for Ca Education records.

I follow the WTM approach in classically educating our five children, ages 18-8. For four years I directed a Christian, classical co-op of 30 families in Washington state. We met weekly for grammar, logic and rhetoric stage classes in Latin, Logic, History, Science, Bible and Geography.

I am a tutor of all ages (elementary, middle school, high school, and university levels.) My specialty and passion is English, Literature, and Writing. I have a quest for knowledge that I enjoy sharing with my students. I have also had great success at tutoring history and math.
