I am a highly qualified teacher with a BA from California State University Fullerton and have a Masters degree in teaching from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I am a certified Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) teacher, with 10 years of teaching experience in the Anaheim City School District. I homeschool my 7 and 4 year old sons in Yorba Linda. We are using a classical approach as outlined in The Well Trained Mind by Susan Wise Bauer. I earned a teaching credential and taught in both public and private schools before having children. I also have experience tutoring children of all ages in core subject matter.
