I have taught 2-8th grade. I have taught all subjects in those grade levels. I have taught special ed., second language learners, regular and gifted students. My goal is to be able to retire from my current teaching job so that I can home school my 2 grandchildren.

Currently I tutor all subjects depending on the difficulty. I am in the central Orange county California area. I also provide homeschool curriculum advice, educational consulting, college coursework recommendations, behavorial guidance and private school placement ideas. I homeschooled my son for 10 years and he now attends public high school taking honors and AP classes while playing a sport.

I homeschool my 7 and 4 year old sons in Yorba Linda. We are using a classical approach as outlined in The Well Trained Mind by Susan Wise Bauer. I earned a teaching credential and taught in both public and private schools before having children. I also have experience tutoring children of all ages in core subject matter.
