ACE Homeschool Group is a Non-Directed Homeschool Support Group located in Colorado, with most members living in the south and east parts of metro Denver, including Aurora, Bennett, Centennial, Watkins and surounding areas. NICHE (Northern Inclusive Colorado Home Educators) is an eclectic and inclusive association of families who homeschool for a variety of reasons useing a variety of methods. I am certified and licensed in Colorado and have worked in the public system for about 35 years. I have been both a teacher, 1st-6th, an assistant principal for a K-5 school, and a tutor or a middle school student. I would love to teach in a Christian or private school because I have retired from the public schools and I truly miss the kids.

I was home schooled as a child and I am currently trying to set up a program that would allow for children to have elective outside of the home. I know how important it is for children to have a social circle. This program would be through Fred Astaire Dance studios and we would take the children through an extensive program that would teach them how to dance. I am wondering how many parents would be interested in their children being in a elective program such as this. We are working to have the program count towards their final grade.
