I have a Master's degree in Spanish Literature from Purdue and have taught from pre-readers to university level students using various methodologies from grammar based to Total Physical Response. Currently I am certified in NY and TX. I am fluent and accurate in the language, and will facilitate a set curriculum or create one addressing the objectives of one or a group of students. I am also interested in tutoring for standardized tests (AP, CLEP, SAT in Spanish), which impact college credit.

I have also taught S.A.T. classes, and willl start one soon (am teaching daughter S.A.T. prep. at this time.). I currently substitute during the day. I do not have a teaching certificate but recently graduated cum laude with an English Literature and history degree. I am very interested in teaching the Classical Curriculum (coodinated by Ms. Lowe) and learning to teach Latin. I may put together an introductory class using the classical curriculum, which will meet twice a week in the summer for ten to twelve year old boys (I already have three students.). Thank you!
