200+ dealers by region (Canada)

Aligned with a single RCC zone team

Provide outbound contacts to dealerships to drive performance in key metrics

Conference call participation with regional OSM managers regarding process and sales strategy

Align working hours with the supporting time zones (M-F; 9am – 6pm)

Holidays and vacation align with GM holidays

Preparation work before and in between calls





Job Requirements



Canadian Sales and Service Representative II must speak Quebecois French dialect

Strong phone presence (“good phone skills”)

Excellent Listening skills

Ability to handle dynamic shifts in priority month over month (extremely strong multi-tasking)

Sales propensity

Ability to build relationships over the phone

Strong Problem-solving

PC skills: MS Office Suite, specifically strong skills in Excel and Access

Ability to ask probing questions

Must maintain a positive attitude

Email & telephone etiquette

Ability to filter and sort (expert in Excel)
