CEC is a school for grades 6-12 that offers a traditional classroom setting for home educated students taught from a Christian world view. Claases include English, Math, Social Sciences, Sciences, Art, Music, Drama, Latin, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and a variety of electives.
Classes meet on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays from August through May in a collegiate style atmsophere. There are a variety of school activities including a high school prom and graduation.

I have a music studio in my home in New Albany. I teach piano and voice lessons. I have a bachelor's degree and have been teaching for 17 years in the Louisville/New Albany area. I call my students "THE ENTERTAINERS" and we entertain for nursing homes and retirement centers instead of having recitals. Great for home schooling students. I have completed my Masters Degree in Special Education with a specialty in learning and behavior disorders. I have three years of classroom teaching experience and will be fully certified by the end of the 2007-2008 school year. I am looking to tutor elementary age children with learning disabilities and/or difficulties in reading, math, spelling, etc.
