Classical Foundations for Christ is a new support group starting in Mooresville that will target toddler and preschool age -- older siblings are welcome. This support group is designed to find and connect dedicated homeschool families that are interested in using a classical curriculum framework for their child's future school needs. Activities will include bible centered and literature centered storytime, rhymes, Bible verses, recitation moments for children who have rhymes memorized. Currently, I am home schooling 6th, 4th and 2nd grades. I also have a degree in Accounting (emphasis in mathmatics). We use a classical approach to schooling and are switching to a year-round school schedule.

I'm looking for mathematics tutor; preferably Algebra 1 somewhere near Franklin, Indiana, or somewhere near Fishers, Indiana, since we do go to church an hour away. I need to brush up on my mathematic skills in Algebra 1, as I was describing above. I prefer using the Saxon book, lesson wise, etc. If you can help me, please email me ASAP. :(

My daughter and I are new to the Greenwood area and would like to meet other homeschoolers in the area that are in her age group. She would respectively be in 10th grade and is 16 years old. Also, I am looking for a math teacher for Algebra 1. If anyone knows of one that will come to my home please email me. Thanks.

For homeschool students, grades 7-12. Teachers will be fellow Christians implementing a blend of homeschool education and traditional classroom instruction. Core academic subjects and some electives will be offered. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning August 23, 2005. We will have 72 class meetings with the last day May 25, 2006. Hi, I am a certified teacher in Louisiana, Texas and have a one year contract in IN. I am certified in grades 1st-8th. Last year, I taught 6th grade reading in a great school district outside of Houston. I am lookiing to tudor or teach children in these grades.

I am homeschooling 3 third graders and would like to add one more. Am also interested in starting a cottage school for kindergartners. Please let me know if you would be interested.
