I am currently a fourth grade teacher in Ocala. I have taught third grade as well and interned in fifth. I am K-6 certified. I am currently expecting and would like to homeschool my child and tutor other children in need of extra support.

I am currently a teacher at a small private school and have been a teacher in the public school system for 10 years. I am also a mother of 2. A collegue and I are currently considering opening our own school specializing in dyslexia, dysgraphia, mild ADD and mild autism. I am certified k-6th and have a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. My collegue is teaching high school and has taught numerous years in a private Christian school as well as homeschooled her own 2 children. We are looking for anyone who would be interested in coming aboard as perhaps a teacher for the middle grades or social studies/science for all grades.

As a mother of a 6-month old and 22-month old and a step-mother to a 10-year old boy and 13-year old girl, I understand the challenges that your children encounter. I also know how important it is to balance learning with fun! I teach a love of learning, walking my students through challenging topics with patience and understanding while applying their learning to things they love. Through our partnership, your child will achieve the grades he or she seeks, the confidence that success brings, and an enthusiasm for learning that will last a lifetime. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BA in Psychology, and I am a certified teacher in Florida. I work with all ages up through middle school plus high school biology. I have been tutoring math for 2 years. I am an engineering major, so I have taken a few math classes so far through calculus III and differential equations. I have always loved breaking math down to a level that I could understand, and keeping things simple. I was homeschooled, and I help my siblings who are now being homeschooled. I love math! :)
