Christian Home Educators of Macon, Inc. (CHEM) was established as a non-profit organization by parents who saw the need to provide supplemental classes to home educated children and to supply additional opportunities for children to learn co-operatively in a Christian environment. It is our belief that children can benefit from varied learning experiences and the co-op is a way to accomplish this task.

We are a privately-owned performing arts school offering professional Drama lessons. To experience great summer fun while learning something new, homeschoolers can register to join the exciting "Homeschool Theatre Troupe" comprised of ages 10-16. Students will learn how to act for Film, TV, Stage and Commercials. This "award-winning" drama program builds self-esteem and afford opportunities to make lasting friendships. I also provide one-on-one tutoring, computer training, and assistance with online practice tests for the CRCT, Graduate Exit Exam, ACT, SAT, etc. I can also assist children in Kindergarten to master the skills necessary to prepare for and pass the GKAP test.
