We have a prom committee, yearbook staff, student council and gamer’s club. We offer social events & field trips.

I have three children (ages 5,7 and 11) currently attending the Georgia Virtual Academy. Georgia Virtual Academy is a State approved online Public Charter School that administers the K12 curriculum. Although both the school and its curriculum is excellent, I am having difficulties in finding extracurricular activites for my children. We are interested in academic clubs, music and sports. My oldest daughter plays the piano, viola and is interested in soccer. She was the presidet of the Beta Club during her 5th grade year (2006-2007 school year)but unfortunately, she will be unable to maintain her membership with the National Beta Club because of her transition to the Georgia Virtual Academy. I have spoken with the Board of Education in regards to this matter, however they were unable to assist.

Promise Christian Academy is located in Dallas, GA. The school meets at Pumpkinvine Baptist Church. The school is considered a non-traditional private Christian school. Students attend classes Monday - Thursday from 8:05-12:30. Friday is considered a "homeschool" day. Teachers provide students with their assigments for Friday each week. After-school activites are offered. The school has the status of Accredited with Quality from The Georgia Accrediting Commission. The school currently houses first through fifth grade. For the 07 - 08 year, the school will add sixth grade.
